My Alcatel Idol 3 Has Suddenly Stopped Making And Receiving Calls.
My Alcatel idol 3 has suddenly stopped making and receiving calls and text messages. It connects fine to internet and otherwise seems normal. What could be wrong?

- Verify airplane mode is turned off.
- Reset the network settings.
> From the home screen, enter ##72786#.
> Press Reset.
> Note: The Final # may not display.The phone will restart and Hands Free Activation will begin. - Verify if coverage is available at your current location.
- Perform a soft reset
> Turn your phone off.
> Remove the battery. After 30 seconds, reinsert the battery.
> Turn your phone back on. - Check your subscription's status with your service provider.
- Check if you had activated call barring. 'Call barring' means you had barred some out-going call (All calls, All calls except those in SIM contacts, International calls, International except home) or incoming call (All calls, All calls except those in SIM contacts, Roaming). If you had activated, please cancel it.
- Check if you had activated 'call forwarding'. It is possible that your incoming calls will be forwarded directly to your voicemail or other phone. If you had activated, please cancel it.
If the problem still can't be solved, please bring your phone to an Alcatel Care point for inspection, or call the Alcatel Contact Center correspondingly in the country you are located.
