I Need My Refunds

Sent: Friday, September 16, 2011 6:09 I took a flight in Kinshasa, DRCongo on Brussels Airlines #6343, on September 14, 11:55PM, arrival September 15, at 7;35AM in Brussels. Then, to Canada on Air Canada # 7684. In Canada, I was told that two of my suitcases were missing. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes I was given a letter to go through customs without my suitcases. When I arrived in Boston I filed a complaint, specifying that today, September 16 I had a flight to San Jose, Costa Rica, and that I needed them to call me as soon as possible to let me know whether or not they had my suitcases.I hardly slept waiting for the call or for the doorbell to ring, but neither happened. This morning at around 12:30 I opened the door to find the suitcases, too late for me to make it to my flight. One of the suitcases is destroyed, missing a wheel and is unusable. None of my belongings are missing, but I need a refund for my ticket to Costa Rica and my damaged suitcase.This situation has brought me many problems, as my family was expecting me and I have business in Costa Rica to attend to.
