How Do I Call Aetna Billing? Not Member But Aetna Took Money From My Bank Acct.
We just started on COBRA for $510 monthly for family, and applied to AETNA to see if eligible in future. Got letter 4/11/11 saying only husband is approved for 625 monthly and that AETNA took it out of our bank account. We checked our account and they took it out on 4/6/11 without our knowledge or permission and backdated coverage on husband to April 1st!! Cancel and give money back!!
