If you no longer have the booking reference but purchased the ticket with a credit or debit card, you may be able to access the ticket number and/or booking reference from your bank statement or by calling your bank so they can research the charge details.
If that isn't possible, call Aer Lingus 1-800-474-7424 (from the US) and ask them for help with past dated travel documents/receipts.
