How Do I Open A Captivate 6 File That Refuses To Open?
I created a file in Captivate 6 but now can't open it. How can I resolve this issue?

When you install Adobe Captivate 6 on your computer, it creats "Layouts" folder under My Adobe Captivate Project (In My Documents folder) and if Layouts folder is missing in C:\Users\user_name\Documents\My Adobe Captivate Projects folder, you will get thsi Error
Generally "My Documents" folder location is C:\Users\user_name\Documents (For Windows 7 and Vista) so please check the path for your "My Documents" folder and copy "Layouts" folder there
