- Put the projector into Standby mode, and then wait 30 minutes for it to cool down.
- If your room is hot, lower the temperature if possible.
- Ensure that nothing is blocking the projector's air intake and exhaust.
- Disconnect the power cable from the power outlet, and then wait at least 60 seconds.
- Connect the power cable, and then turn on the projector.
- Check that the fans are running, and if necessary adjust the fan speed using the service menu.
- If the previous steps don't resolve the issue or if the issue occurs more than once, put the projector into Standby mode, disconnect the power cable, and then contact your authorized SMART reseller.
