Acer Veriton 5800 Latest Bios Updates

I have 2 MOBO's -from ACER Veriton 5800 desktops. Motherboards are 81945AE and have sys bios V 600PG dated 2005/09/09. What is the latest BIOS upgrade I can put on these boards to make them more useable with USB 2&3 and other advancements. For the time being I will only be using Win XP Pro but will be upgrading OP SYS in near future. Many thanks for any help. I will be needing to know about pitfalls of doing BIOS upgrades with these boards however Not worried about doing Bios upgrades etc, it's just been a fair few years since I last did any. Cheers again to any helpers, your assistance truly will be appreciated. Robert
