I upgrade my acer extensa 4630z to window 8.1 now my bluetooth not working what can i do

There are no Windows 8 drivers for it but you can try installing the Windows 7 driver from here. If that doesn't work then you're out of luck since this laptop simply doesn't support Windows 8.
