The term SATA Ports are only applicable to Hard Disk and CD/DVD ROM Drives. Basically, these devices cannot be connected via USB. If you are referring to the version of the USB interface of this laptop. The laptop has 2 USB 2.0 ports. These ports located at the side and rear parts of the device.
