Usb Port Of Apire X3990

4 of the USB ports of my Aspire X3990 desroyed after 7 monthes of use. The supplier refuse to repare despite the computer is still under garantee

I would try Microsofts tool- small download

If the ports are not physically damaged, it can be a software issue (one cause was the upper and lower filters in the registry, but this tool will attempt the repair, with little input from yourself.
