how do you restore a Acer Aspire Z5610-U9072 to its factory settings without a disk ?

Look in programs and select "Acer" and then select "eRecovery management".
On left side select "restore" and then 1st option which will wipe the C drive and then completely reinstall all the factory supplied software. Takes a good couple of hours or so. I've done and quite impressed how easy it was.
