I Can Not Turn On The Cpu

There are several things to rule out here before you can figure out what the problem is. Are you sure it's not the electrical outlet? (ie. if you plug another device into the same outlet, does it work?) Also, check the back of the computer -- there is a power switch there that should be switched on, someone may have switched it off. There is also another switch on the back of the computer to check, the voltage switch. Make sure it is set for 110 or 115 volts, not 220 volts.

If none of these resolves the problem, it's likely a bad power supply, but you can't say for sure without taking the computer's case off. Remove the case and see if any of the LEDs on the motherboard are blinking -- if they are, you know the motherboard is getting power, in which case the problem could be a faulty circuit on the motherboard, a cable connecting to the power switch, or it could be a bad switch itself. Without testing any of this, a good first guess is the power supply, but the more you can check the more you can rule out.
