Acer Aspire V3-771 Support Question

No Power At All
The battery has been discharged completely and now we are unable to use the PC.We have no lights on (blue and orange ones) when we plug the dc adapter. We have tried to push the on/off button for at least 30 seconds to reset the motherboard with battery and dc plug removed => no success. I have changed the AC/DC adapter => no improvement.Do you have any ideas.Thanks

Pull the battery & plug in the charger & power the pc to see if it will work.
