My New Acer Not Going Beyond The Acer Logo

Hi I recently bought an Acer V3-571 (2 weeks ago) and it has been working perfectly until this morning. I received a msg saying that there was not enough memory and I should shut down some programmes. The thing is, I was only on the Internet with no other programmes operating. It then started dropping google chrome and so I decided to shut it down and restart it, however when I do so, it isn't going beyond the 'acer explore beyond limits screen'. It's 6GB RAM so I don't understand why there wasn't sufficient memory considering that I only use it to browse the Internet NAND university assignments. Help????

Greetings - You may have to reset your laptops bios (but first shut down the laptop - take out the RAMS and restart the laptop - shut down again - replace the RAMS and restart and observe) -

Otherwise reset the bios by taking out the coin like sylver battery on the mother board for about 15 minutes (with the bigger laptop battery and AC adapter unplugged). If fortunate, you may find this situated right next to the RAMS under one of the screwed panels at the base of the laptop. You may have to flash in new bios if the above does not he solve the problem. Do repost for any other assistance.
