Button And Wrond Display Of Keyboard

why display numbers if i press for the words m,j,k,l,u,i,o etc.,?

Obviously, there is a problem with the hardware part of your keyboard. The keyboard memory might have been damaged which requires replacement of the entire keyboard part. You can purchase a replacement keyboard for your Acer Aspire V3-471G online. Here's the product link for your easy purchase:
