No Display Issue

power on status is blue battery is full but there is no display and there is only an arrow

try starting task manager and see what process are having trouble.

press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time then you will see task manager (see attach picture) then run new task named "Explorer" there you will see your desktop, but if you dont see your desktop yet mean your windows having problem eith the desktop library. if t so you need to repair your windows.
