Acer M5 Series Locked Up And Will Respond Too Nothing. Can't Even Shut It Down

This is maybe related to Windows Explorer error. You can fix this by forcing your computer to shutdown. To force shutdown your computer, press the power button for about five seconds. Turn on the laptop after 10 seconds and notice if it can shutdown properly this time.
