Acer Aspire V5 471 Won't Start. Help!

I need help!!! My new acer laptop won't start when i tried opening it. It says on the screen that something went wrong then it restarts then back there again or to a screen where it says it needs to be restored to a previous time where it is still okay. I clicked "restore" and it's been idle for an hour now. What to do??

Obviously, this is related to a currupted boot sector file on your Windows Operating System. You can fix this problem by restoring your Acer Aspire V5 471 to its factory settings. To restore your laptop, please follow the instructions provided in the video tutorials below.
