Cd/dvd Not Operating
Laptop Stopped Plying Dvds/cds & No Longer Possible To Load Programs. Additionally, No Longer Able To Print.

I believe that this seems to be a hardware issue. Your Acer Aspire 5810TZ CD/DVD ROM may be stucked. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this issue is replacement with a brand new one which should be done by a service repair center.
