Screen Keeps Flicking Back To The Prior Page I Was On . .

This has been happening to me for about 8wks now, I am no novice and have tried but failed with eveything. I have searched on line even paid for help but no one can solve my problem. I m now guessing it is an Acer problem and if no one can help me here am going to get my money back, it is no good having a laptop that does this constantly. If it doesnt go back to the prior page it will stop and reload the page again, I lost important work last week and cant afford for this to go on. It has happened while I was typing this so have had to re-type it all grrrrrrr. Please can anyone assist?

Try these options:

1.) Run a full anti-virus scan, preferably with whatever anti virus you usually use as well as MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (in case one misses something).

2.) Try temporarily disabling the touchpad ( Fn + F7 ). If this stops the issue then the touchpad is the problem. Don't forget to reactivate the touchpad using Fn + F7 again when you're done. First try reinstalling the drivers, if that doesn't work the touchpad may need replacing.

3.) If it's not malware and not the touchpad acting up then perhaps try reinstalling any software that has this issue?
