I Have A Problem Going To Wifi In Windows 8

Open "Network and Sharing Cente"r by clicking the little ethernet symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen.If you cant find it, move the cursor to the top right hand corner of the screen and select the first icon(microscope)SEARCH. Type the words in the parenthesis above and hit enter. You should see the Network and Sharing to the right. Check by clicking Apps, Settings, Files. It will be in one of those folders. Once you get there, click "setup a new connection or network". If you are connected by ethernet(a chord plugged to router) select "setup connection anyway". Select wireless. Go ahead and put the password and username the carrier gave you in the boxes and click connect. If you have problems still, you might check into the adapter settings in "Advanced Properties" or let windows look for a new driver if you are connected by ethernet. Sometimes, rolling the driver back will help too. These are all in "change adapter settings". You should see both your ethernet and wireless connections in the "Change adapter settings" box.
