The driver software for your laptop camera is needed to make it work properly. You can download the driver software and utitilies for Acer Aspire 4710 Z from the support and download page of Acer. The available driver software is compatible to Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Vista Service Pack 1. You can download it from the link below.
