Trying To Do A Full Recovery On My Acer
Trying to do a full recovery on my acer aspire model #4315. But I can't when I start up my pc I hit the F8 key then I click on REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER after it loads the files, in the system recovery options boxI check US and then click on next and another system recovery options box appears and it wants my USER NAME and my PASSWORD to access the command prompt as well, log on using an administrator account. Anyway my problem is I can't remember the USER NAME AND the PASSWORD that I used..So I can't recover my pc back to original factory setting. Or to windows 7 -because I did upgrade from vista to windows 7. Right about now I would take either one. Hope someone can helpSignedDESPERATE

Here is a way to chnage the user name and password because withouy that you cant do recovery
