Type Of Memory Upgrade For Acer Aspire One Model Aod 255-2256

Have seen different types of memory but dont know which to buy. one with DDR2 with a 200 pin or a DDR3 with 204 pin. wanting to upgrade t max which believe is 2mb, so getting One (2mb chip) understand there could be two or one slot? for it. Need to know. Also been told could use a 255E series? SO what type and specs for memory should I be looking for.
