Erecovery Management Files Gone?
I am tryign to factory restore an aspire 5515-5879 model no kaw60 I have seen a few acer recovery videos and read some forum posts about doing so. They all talk about a few files known as the erecovery managemnt.
Now when I go to look for these files where they should be, in an Acer Folder it says (empty). My question is anyway to download these files so that I can restore this computer back to factory settings?
