Yahoo Problem

Hi I am ahmad hussaini  my yahoo mail is locked and I forgot the password and I dont know about the alternative yahoo and when the secret question is coming just the page is coming and saying answer the secret question but there is no question only the answer page is coming how should find the question it is my first time that I have same problem in my life if you help me it would be your greatest my yahoo address is now I am using another yahoo if anyone find any solution email me in this address
