About The Buttons

last sunday, i bought a coat in your store. but there're some problems. today when i put it on, i found one of the buttons of the coat is missing. i didin't see clearly that day in the store, so i don't know whether the botton exists or not originally. unfortunately,when i buttoned the coat, another button dropped on the ground. and i found other buttons were also sewed loosely. is it a quality problem? can i get a refund in the store? or you could give me some solutions?

If you just purchased an item of clothing in a store and find it was poorly assembled definitely take it back to the store and see if they will exchange the item for you. Most retailers will not do this without a proper sales receipt, however if it is an item which is clearly from their store, and new the chances are much higher of you getting a replacement even without a receipt.

If you do not get satisfaction in the store request the number for their customer service department, or the corporate office. You can then call or write in a complaint, and more than likely get your money back or a replacement.
