Unauthorized Use Of My Visa Card
My Visa Account Was Charged By You without My Authority For $51.40 Sept. 2013. i Am No Longer Using Avg Since It Would Not Work In Windows 7 With My Firewall For The Past 2 Years. You Never Fixed The Problem So I Brought My Laptop To A Computer Expert In October, 2013 And They Removed Avg. your Software Was Causing Problems With All Of My Software So Now I Have Another Virus Program Protecting My Laptop. i Want A Refund For 2 Licenses And I Will Be Notifying Visa Of This Unauthorized Bill. also, My Contract Does Not Expire Until 2014!!!!! please Call Me To Correct This Problem. thank You, janet Vaglica
