Unlock Iphone 4

Hi, I have IP 4 from US, Now i heard that "AT&T to begin unlocking off-contract". So, would you please help me check my iphone can unlock? my IMEI: 012338007487606. I sent mail to CustomerServices and may 2 appointment will answer but i don't see mail reply from CS. Thanks for help.
