Hello, I Was Charged 'automatic Payment' For My Phone When I Went To One Of Your

Upon doing that I signed up with PinZoo who sells minutes at a discount. I brought $20 worth of minutes on Aug. 16th and $100 on Sept. 18th. The whole time you, AT&T were still taking $50 and the tax per month. I only found this out upon checking my on-line banking statement. I am pissed to be nice about it but AT&T owes me for the months of July-Sept. and I would like those funds returned to me. PinZoo informed me that with my purchase of $100 I have 365 days in which to use them, so why should I continue paying AT&T. Upon the PinZoo minutes expiring I plan to purchase a new phone from Cricket. I've only had my phone since June and have been through hell with it. Everytime I've gone to the Dupont Circle store in Wash. D.C. I've been treated like crap and I blame the saleperson who I spoke with and watched key something in the computer before telling me my automatic payments where cancelled and this was in July. I found out that I have a credit right now of $170.27 besides the $50 and tax I'm due for Aug. and Sept. I hope this can be settled between us amicably. It would be useless to be paying two companies for the same service. Shall look forward to your reply. Thank you.
