Hardware Problem
I have just bought a new ASROCK G41C-GS, I put the cpu intel core 2 duo 6300 1,87 GHz , 2x4GB memories but it no starts. I try cpu in another mobo and it works. What else i could have a look?

I believe that no power problem on your ASRock G41C-GS motherboard is related to the following causes.
1. The power supply is not connected to the motherboard.
2. The power switch connectors is not connected to the motherboard
You need to check these 2 possible causes to fix your computer not powering up problem. I also provided a supporting image below for the location of the power switch and power supply.

I just purchased this board and had the same problem. Since I had a Gigabyte Mobo before that would not start up at all either, I was very alarmed and thought it could be the CPU.
Reinserting the CPU did not solve it, playing with the RAM did not solve it. I checked to make sure the power buttons were installed properly, another power supply, everything!
I was ready to give up, when, for some reason, I had the inclination to mess with the PS2_USB_PWR1 Jumper. I pulled the jumper off and it started! Being in disbelief, as this defies logic, I put the jumper back on. It did not start!
I ended up putting it on the +5VSB setting and it functions properly. It really shouldn't be doing this, though it fixed the problem. Now if only I could get the RAM to recognize both sticks of RAM I would be set!

I have this board as well. It wouldn't post using a Core two duo E8400 chip and 1333mhz ram in dual mem mode. I chekced everything including the correct fsb jumper setting - Then I tried this old trick - Removed one of the memory sticks. System booted up fine. Now the issue is going back through the bios to see if I can change the Dram settings for Corsair memory sticks or if I will forever be in single channel memory mode. Good luck.
