Who Do I Contact At Dish Network To Send My W2 To My New Address?

I spoke with HR and they gave me the info for the W2 hotline. However, I called the W2 hotline and it says they are only accepting address changes via email. Email your name, social security #, and new address to [email protected]. Or you can fax your request. Info below:

Calling this number will get you a recorded message instructing you to send your request via email to [email protected] or via fax to 303-723-3907.

The request must include:

1. Your First and Last Name
2. the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
3. your new address OR the year of the W-2 you are requesting
4. a day time contact number in case of any issues in processing

Requests take 3-7 business days to complete and are processed in the order they are received.
