Customer Service Membership
My question is, Have I renewed my membership? When I looked at my card, it expired 2013 and, did you send me a new card, if I did renew? Valerie E. Ardrey

You should be able to check your membership status by going to your account on the website. You can also call them at this number: 800-922-8228.
