I Am Experiencing Technical Difficulties With My Ofc Phone There Is No Dial Tone

Bring a phone and phone line to the box, and plug the line into the test jack. ... If there is no dial tone, the problem is with the phone or outside wiring. Bring out another phone to test. If there is still no dial tone, it is the outside wiring and a problem for the service provider
