Intermitent Service
My Broadband Line light flashes intermitently and I'm losing service. This is not a contant problem, but has been happening the last couple of days. Any suggestions?

If you unplug the black power cord from the back of the modem (the device that is blinking) does the issue persist?
If so you need to contact u-verse directly as you will likely require a technician to be sent out.

The only other option is to press and hold the reset button on the back of the router. However if you have any type of custom wireless information (Wireless network name or wireless password) This will be reset.
Not to fear, this information is on a sticker on the side of the modem.
800-288-2020 is their help line (24x7) be prepared to be bombarded with questions.
