Vc Help

I just recently had to replace my ps4 and I re-download NBA 2k15 and all the virtual cash I bought with my credit card is gone and my character has none of his skills but it is still my same account as my old PlayStation is there any way I can get my virtual cash back?

Unfortunately you're out of luck. That information would have been stored locally in a save file. Unless you backed up that save file before you sent off the old unit, there's no way you can get it back.
