Hi,
this is has been an on going issue with 2k15 since the release. There are alot of issues with the servers and supposedly they have been working on resolving it..
im going to refer you to a couple of forums where users are also experiencing the same issues as yourself . as far as today there isnt a 100% fix . . there are suggestions that other users have done to temporarily get it to work but still facing issues
the game is full of bugs and errors
