do they have classes with instructors included in membership fee like planet fitness does?

Certain classes, called GX24 classes, are included with a 24 Hour Fitness membership. You can see an overview of these classes here:

Don't know about Planet Fitness, but 24 Hour Fitness members get "high-energy Group exercise classes."
