I have to say Whirlpool appliances are way overpriced since i have found them to be very poorly manufactured. I recently did a kitchen makeover and bought top notched Whirlpool Stove and OTC Microwave. Nothing but problems. This is the 3rd time the microwave quit heating and as i can see they know its a problem and they continue to produce them with this issue. DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL! The over door had to be changed too due to a defect in the seal and it had black streaks running inbetween glass and they fought me tooth and nail to change it as they said it was cosmetic! I have cards made that i pass out anytime i go to a place where appliances are being sold for people to beware of Whirlpool! I hate this microwave and once again had to break out my old reliable 69.00 countertop micro for a backup since this high dollar piece of junk whirlpool gold one is broke again! Junk!
