My French door fridge has had a broken deli tray door since November 2010. I have paid $80 for a part and labor - for a part that does not fit. The part has been ordered again - again the wrong one. I have had 5 trouble tickets open. Service says a part has again been mailed to my service man - again the wrong part. I love this refrigerator but I do not love Samsung. I have other Samsung products and I have no problems with them - but I will not buy another one.
