Samsung Dishwasher Poor Quality and Service
I took a chance on Samsung, as it appeared to have a nice build quality. I had noticed some breakdown of the coating of the rack components a few years ago that I touched up. Recently I found quite a bit of breakdown and rust, even in places where dishes did not rest, especially in the top rack.Additionally, half of the wheels have become un -usable, and I have built plastic slides to take their place.
I know this unit was out of warrantee, but I've never basic wear problems with other washers. Warrantees are only for mistakes in manufacturing! When a product is designed and built well, there is a basic assumption of product life under normal conditions. Samsung failed in this regard!
