I purchased a Kitchen TV/DVD Combo set . It has not worked properly for aleast a year. The back of the drop down unit has cracked opened at least twice. The first time we were told to ship it to New York/ Canada for repair. WE shipped it off and it comes back about a month later, supposedly fixed. About two months later it breaks again. We called for assistamce and again were told to send it to New York. This is not acceptable, taking it down, packing and shipping will not work for me. I hope this product is taken off the market(RCA,15.4 Kitchen LCD/DVD Combo, Model SPS36123, Serial # RCA SPS36123). This product is a good concept but the product will not hold up.
