Use the Extender in Access Point Mode You can set up your extender. ¾¾ To use the extender in access point mode. The following instructions assume that you did not previously set up your extender as a WiFi access point. The Power LED lights green. Tri-band WiFi is available when your extender is in access point mode: 1. Plug the extender into an electrical outlet. If the Power LED does not light, press the Power button. 2
