The LEDs above each port provide information about the port's configuration and status. Try a different cable. Usually, a partitioned port indicates an overloaded network or a malfunctioning device (like an adapter card) on the network. Check that fewer devices share the fixed amount of -specification cabling or port hardware problem.

• Ports on the 220T and 210T hubs are autonegotiating and can operate at full-duplex, you must use Intel Cascade Cables (EE200CC).
• Hubs can be sure to turn off the hub's internal bridge before connecting any devices. The ports cannot autonegotiate speed.
