Attach the plug end to wand until it clicks in place. 3 Optional: Attach Turbo Tool clip to the cord. Tip: Wrap cord around hooks for convenient storage. Press firmly into place. Tip: Make sure all pieces click into place. Insert Turbo Tool. Assembly Insert the wand into the spine until it clicks in place. 1 2 Insert the hose into the handle until you hear a click.
