Debian (Lenny) on Acer D150-1577

The Acer D150-1577 model is out of production (2011-05-20). Some of it's hardward features that are not present on current models are that the HDD and memory were easily accessable and not requiring the entire back to be removed. While traveling, the Acer Aspire Netbook has a good key board allowing comfortable operation in one's lap. When aboard an aircraft and the person in front of you pushes their seat back, your finger don't get smashed.

Debian suport for the "Lenny" distribution is being phase out, but it ran fine on this Acer except for the WiFi - unable to get the Broadcom_BCM4312_driver working. Maybe the current distribution will address this problem.

I'm very happy with my Acer D150-1577
