Inside the vehicle, pull the hood release handle located under the front of the instrument panel. Lift the hood until the lift cylinders hold it while the engine is running. Go to release the auxiliary latch. 3. Slide the yellow handle to the front of the vehicle and release the auxiliary latch located under the bottom left corner of the hood, just above the passenger side headlamp. OPENING THE HOOD 1.
