Navy Federal
We have had Navy federal for 10 years, Navy federal is great with loans, they have low APR's and great credit cards with quite a bit of financial guidance and assistance.When it comes to banking with Navy Federal, that is a different story. For the last few years we have had nothing but problems, bounced check fees even with funds in accounts, they refunded some of the returned check fee but not all even with it being the banks fault. Also we had asked for a stop payment on a check which they charge a $20 fee for but they never stopped the payment. Someone had stolen one of our checkbooks and we asked them to close the account and open a new account, move money over to the new account as well as our direct deposit, in the end it went to the account we needed closed due to the fraud. We have lost over $1000 in fees with navy federal. We have decided to go over to USAA.
