The cartridges stop printing before they are empty and this cannot be overridden. They just suddenly stop. Cartridges are expensive. My previous printer would print until the pages started to fade out. The cartridges cost between 60 and 90 dollars for each color and for black. I bought this printer to save money on ink. Its a rip off

Overly large, but works fine.
While the printers are of a gargantuan size making it difficult to fit in places, they do their job fine. Clarity is superb and rarely needs to be cleaned.

No support from the company at all
Highly disappointed . My money has gone to the drain as nobody takes the call in customer care after calling hundreds of time. Infact forgot the count. Not even for a day I could use my A3 printer after paying such hefty amount.
