Prompt and Perfect service.
During my brief stint in Maryland, a power outage occured at the apartment I was staying in. I was worrying about when I would get power back, when some Allegheny workers came to my door and told me they would service the issue. And indeed they did, the power was back within three days. worst service ever!!!
Our electric was shut off without proper notice. The day the shut off notice was due is the day they shut it off. We got home to find out it was off only minutes after they shut it off, paid the bill and here it is still 24hrs later and our service is still not been restored. We have two kids in the home and it was 200. this was a complete over site on our part but this company reps have been rude and again 24 hrs later no service. yet when hurricane sandy went through we had no service for 10 days and still got a normal bill. I appreciate the work done by the men and women who worked in the heat last July to restore power, I also appreciate those who worked in the snow late October early November, however if this company performed line maintainance once in a while maybe I wouldn't be losing power on a drizzly night. The wind is mild the rain is mild why do I continue to lose service? I swear if a fly farts my power flickers! Great employees terrible management or development or whoever's job it is to keep the lines in decent enough shape to prevent these outages. My family is ex military and we have been all over the world and this company in this region has the worst, in terms of stability, service I have ever experienced.
